Initial Intake Evaluation
The initial intake evaluation takes place before starting treatment and aids in determining if there is a diagnosis and establishing treatment goals. The initial intake session is 45 minutes at a cost of $300. It is typically parent only and focus on obtaining a thorough social history and report of presenting problem(s). Based on information gathered specific rating scales are provided to gather additional data. When appropriate, parents may be asked to complete a release of information in order to obtain supplementary information from other professionals working with the child. The following session is 45 minutes long at the standard cost of $200 and is with the individual child or adolescent. This session focuses on building rapport and gaining further insight to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Lastly a parent only informing session is schedule in order to review the evaluation, any diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. This session is also 45 minuted long at a cost of $200.
Initial Intake for Psychological Wellness Programs
This initial intake session for those interested in any of the Psychological Wellness Programs is typically parent only and is focused on obtaining a social history and background of the participant demographics and parental concerns to adapt the program to specific needs. This session is also used to determine if a skills building program is appropriate or if individual therapy may be more beneficial. This session is 45min long at a rate of $200.
Psychological Wellness Programs
When signing up for all 10, 45-minute sessions in a series, sessions are discounted to $150 (from the standard $200 per session). Further discounts are also available when there are multiple participants in program.
Individual Therapy and Parent Support/ Training Sessions
These sessions are 45 minutes long and are $200 per session.

Hamptons Mindful Youth does not accept insurance. Through private pay clients are afforded a higher level of privacy and control over their treatment as insurance companies often require detailed documentation of the therapeutic process, including a diagnosis, and often limit the number and type of therapy sessions. However for clients who prefer to utilize their insurance there is the possibility of reimbursement with out of network benefits. Please contact us for more information.

We accept cash, check and credit card payment through Venmo and Google Pay. Payment is due at time of service.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
